🍺 Went to the pub for a pay-day pint after work with my new colleagues

🃏 Played in our monthly poker league on Saturday; only six people this time, finished second. Extended my lead by four points with four games to go.

🧯 Completed the Fire and Bomb Warden training at work. Scored 100% on the test, so I can now officially put out fires with the correct extinguisher and defuse bombs. Maybe… 💣️💥

🏋🏻‍♂ Last week’s weight loss: –0.75 kg

🪪 Couldn't resist upgrading the lanyard for my work security pass...

🐓 Been waiting for weeks to try a fried chicken place in town that everybody has been raving about, but was holding off because of losing weight. Finally decided next week was the time to go; just found out it closed down abruptly last weekend 😩

🏎️ Made the second LEGO Formula 1 car while watching the Hungarian Grand Prix. 10 races to go this season and 8 cars left to build.
