🏋🏻‍♂ Last week’s weight loss: –0.4 kg

🎲 Board game night on Saturday with friends; was late getting started so decided not to play Catan for the first time—played 'Hues and Cues' and 'The Crew: Mission Deep Sea' instead.

⛳️ Played 9 holes of golf with Katey and her son. A bit rusty after almost 15 years, but not too shabby; I even made par on one hole! The sun was shining and we had golf buggies to zoom around on… loved every minute of it!
