🎯 Completed the archery course with a competition (shooting balloons). Finished 2nd. Paid my subs for the year and now a member of the club! 🥳

🎯 We had a competition at archery this week. 6 ends, scoring for the first time. I definitely do better under pressure! 2nd out of 11 people 🥳

🎰 Went to bingo for the first time in my life (work outing). It was really good fun! Cheap prices at the bar too. Didn't win anything but some people were winning thousands. I'll go again! 😂 👨‍🦳

🃏 Poker league final on Saturday. 8 players, I went in with a four-point lead. I needed to finish 5th to clinch it. Ended up winning the whole damn thing (4th win of the season) after a dramatic heads-up with Harry 🥳 🏆️

🎯 Archery lesson 4/6 ✅ Got to see a longbow and a flatbow in action; very cool. Not impressed with my aim this time though! 😫 Katey was brilliant! 😍

😋 Went out for lunch with my team on Friday to Abingdon Street Market and demolished a filthy bacon and cheese smash burger 🍔

🧁 Had a mooch about St. Anne's on Sunday morning; went to an excellent patisserie for cakes and macarons

🎯 Had my first archery lesson this week. Katey and I both loved it! Cannot wait to go back for my next lesson (every week for six weeks).

🃏 Poker league night on Saturday. Finished 7th out of 9 but somehow still managed to extend my lead in the championship by another point. New rival has moved into 2nd place, but they're 4 points behind with only one game left to play. Tense 😂

🏋🏻‍♂ Ended the weight loss challenge I was doing with a friend after four months of losing weight every week. I'm down almost two stone (12 kg). Aim is to lose more but it's the time of year where denying myself food just doesn't work for me. Slow, steady loss over the next few months will do me fine.

⚽️ Tried to watch Tobey referee a football match again. Cancelled, again!
